ESA’s Φsat-2 is a miniature satellite – a cubesat – designed to demonstrate how different AI technologies can advance observing Earth from space. Measuring just 22 x 10 x 33 cm, the satellite is equipped with a multispectral camera and powerful AI computer that analyses and processes imagery in real-time – promising to deliver smarter and more efficient ways of monitoring our planet.
