The United Launch Alliance Delta IV launches with a National Reconnaissance Office payload at Space Launch Complex-37 at 6:38 p.m. EST. The Delta IV is 211-feet tall and has more than one million pounds of thrust at liftoff.This is the third launch of the year for ULA.
