The launch of Delta II COSMO-SkyMed 4 (Constellation of Small Satellites for Mediterranean basin Observation) mission has been rescheduled for Monday, Nov. 1 with a launch time of 7:20 p.m. PDT. During the terminal launch countdown Sunday, an engine section heater did not operate properly. The heater is designed to keep the Delta II’s engine components warm during the fueling of the rocket prior to flight.
