The first GPS IIF satellite, in its shipping container, is offloaded from a
C-17 aircraft at Cape Canaveral AFS, Fla. on Feb. 12, 2010. The satellite arrived from the Boeing factory in El Segundo, Calif. and will be tested and prepared in the NAVSTAR Processing Facility for its launch this summer on a Delta IV rocket. (Courtesy photo) Download Full Image |
