The 3rd Combat Communications Group, known as the 3rd Herd, has kicked their training into high gear for the Combat Challenge portion of Air Force Space Command’s Guardian Challenge 2010 competition April 17-19 here.
Two active duty and three Air National Guard combat communicator teams will compete in events related to combat communications tasks such as tent building, comm package activation, marksmanship, self-aid and buddy care, physical training, and force-on-force combat scenarios.
