Rendezvous training and other practice for tasks in space are on the menu today for the astronauts of the STS-128 mission. The flight calls for space shuttle Discovery to meet the International Space Station in a process known as rendezvous. Discovery is carrying some 15,000 pounds of equipment and supplies to the station inside the Leonardo logistics module. While the astronauts train, the Space Shuttle Program managers are preparing for this week’s Flight Readiness Review.
