As the tax returns and long-awaited refunds begin pouring in, the Airman and Family Readiness Centers at Schriever and Peterson Air Force Bases and the U.S. Air Force Academy have partnered to bring a week full of events, information fairs and programs to celebrate the annual Military Saves Week campaign Feb. 22-26.
“Instead of just focusing on what we offer on Schriever, we are giving [members] more options of different classes and events throughout the city that they can attend,” said Liz Archuleta, Schriever community readiness consultant.
