Air Force Space Command announced Mrs. Kathryn Rash as the 2015 Air Force Space Command key spouse of the year here, March 28.
Mrs. Rash is the spouse of Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Michael Rash, who is assigned to Headquarters Air Force Space Command.
Mrs. Rash served as the Peterson, Schriever and Cheyenne Mountain Spouses’ Club liaison. She trained 65 volunteers and helped raise $15,000.
She launched the Cinderella’s Closet, a one-stop shop that allows women to borrow formal dresses, shoes and accessories for special occasions.
