It was an award banquet with a twist.
The Combat Challenge Award Banquet held here April 19 didn’t announce a winner, but announced the top two teams that would go to the Guardian Challenge Awards at Peterson AFB, Colo., May 21.
The 3rd Combat Communications Group (3rd Herd) and the 5th CCG (5th MOB) Combat Challenge teams will meet again at Peterson to find out the best of the best for Combat Challenge 2010. The 3rd CCG operates out of Tinker, and the 5th CCG is stationed at Robins AFB, Ga.
