PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo — Brig. Gen. Brian Raymond, Air Force Space Command director of plans & programs, and Brig. Gen. Tod Wolters, AFSPC director of air, space and cyberspace operations, discuss ideas during the the Spring 2010 Commander’s Conference. The conference is designed to synergize efforts throughout AFPSC and allow commanders an opportunity to exchange ideas and obtain key messages to bring back to their units.
