Three Air Force Space Command Airmen received a surprise promotion from the AFSPC commander via video teleconference Sept. 28.
The three newly promoted Airmen, Master Sgt. Jeffery Dickens, transmissions systems manager, Air Force Integration Center, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., Tech. Sgt. Edward Domser, electro-mechanical team critical task supervisor, Malmstrom AFB, Mont., and Tech. Sgt. Walter Donoghue, assistant noncommisioned officer-in-charge missile security control, Minot AFB, N.D., were personally told about their on-the-spot promotion, or STEP promotion, from Gen. C. Robert Kehler, Commander AFSPC during a video teleconference.
