Abstract: In late 2013, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) launched its “Mars Orbiter Mission” (MOM). ISRO engaged NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) for navigation services to support ISRO’s objectives of MOM achieving and maintaining Mars orbit.
