A GNC Perspective of the Launch and Commissioning of NASA’s SMAP (Soil Moisture Active Passive) Spacecraft

Abstract: The NASA Soil Moisture Active Passive (SMAP) spacecraft was designed to use radar and radiometer measurements to produce global soil moisture measurements every 2-3 days.
