Abstract: The Regolith and Environment Science and Oxygen and Lunar Volatile Extraction (RESOLVE) payload will lead the Resource Prospector rover to hydrogen-rich locations on the moon supporting NASA’s in-situ resource utilization (ISRU) mission.
