Abstract: NASA’s Small Spacecraft Systems Virtual Institute (S3VI) is collaborating with the Air Force Research Laboratory and Space Dynamics Laboratory on the development of a small spacecraft parts database called SmallSat Parts On Orbit Now (SPOON).
