Abstract: Despite starting off the month with hardly any precipitation, July 2018 turned out to be one of the wettest on record in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area. Daily rainfall records were demolished as an entire month’s worth of precipitation fell in a matter of days and flash flood warnings covered the region.
