The 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Eutelsat Communications, (Euronext Paris: ETL), one of the world’s leading satellite operators, was held on November 10 in Paris under the chairmanship of Giuliano Berretta, Chairman of the Board. The consolidated accounts for fiscal 2008-2009 were approved and the proposal to distribute 0.66 euro per share, an increase of 10% in relation to the previous year. This distribution, which represents a pay-out ratio of almost 59%, will be paid on November 19, 2009.
