The Schriever Airmen who operate the mobile MILSTAR assets teamed with combat communications Airmen from the 689th Combat Communications Wing out of Robbins Air Force Base in Ga., to promote a cross-flow of training ideas.
Combat communications officers flew in from Robbins and Tinker AFB’s to participate in a week-long training exercise with the 4th Space Operations Squadron’s mobile operations unit, commonly known as DOOM at the U.S. Air Force Academy’s field training complex, Jack’s Valley.
