Protein complex may help prevent neurodegenerative diseases

Researchers from the Universities of Konstanz (Germany), Leeds (U.K.) and Stanford (U.S.) have discovered that the nascent polypeptide-associated complex (NAC) prevents the aggregation of proteins associated with several neurodegenerative diseases.
