Abstract: A flow quality survey (FQS) was conducted in December 2015 and January 2016 to characterize the flow quality of the 9- by 15-Foot Low-Speed Wind Tunnel (9×15 LSWT) test section prior to the start of significant structural and acoustic modifications.
