The Air Force Smart Operations Training Workshop held at the Denver Marriott City Center, downtown Denver, Colo., wrapped up a three-day event on Thursday, Nov. 4.
More than 250 Continuous Process Improvement practitioners, Green Belt and Black Belt facilitators representing all Air Force major commands converged in Denver for the inaugural joint-command AFSO21 workshop.
“This was the first CPI-joint workshop the Air Force has had between the four commands,” said Alberto Ayulo, Business Process Engineer, Science Applications International Corporation, Suffolk, Va., and AFSO21 event coordinator.
