Col. Clint Crosier, 460th Space Wing commander, recently announced the STEP promotion of Kandyse Hayes, 460th Mission Support Squadron, to technical sergeant.
“I’m proud to say, Kandyse is well deserving of the recognition received under the STEP program,” said Tech. Sgt. Ronald Cervera, Sergeant Hayes’ supervisor. “She demonstrates true leadership toward her Airman and peers. Her devotion to her job and family are paramount. And she understands her role as an NCO, by exceeding our standards and expectations put in front of her.”
