The European CanSat Competition’s first virtual edition took place from 29 September to 8 October 2021. This year’s competition looked a little different than usual with teams facing the additional challenge of Covid-related restrictions. 19 teams took part in a virtual campaign after either winning their national competition or being selected to represent their country by ESA. From those teams a total of 6 were awarded a prize.
