Managers to Review Discovery Tank Repair Work Today

Space Shuttle Program managers will meet today to review repair work and testing data for space shuttle Discovery’s external fuel tank. Technicians at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida continue to modify 32 support beams, called stringers, on the external tank to increase the structural support of the stringers.
