The ARRLÂ Volunteer Examiner Coordinator (VEC) reports that the FCC Universal Licensing System (ULS) electronic batch filing (EBF) system is back online and functioning normally. VECs may resume transmitting sessions and applications. The backlog of files will be processed through the system.
