Registration is open for Industry Space Days 2026 at the European Space Agency’s (ESA) technical centre in Noordwijk, The Netherlands, on 16–17 September.

Over 2500 participants are expected from Europe’s space business community, from Large System Integrators and midcaps, to startups and small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to exchange ideas, find potential partners, and explore opportunities with ESA.

As in previous years, ESA also welcomes laboratories, universities and research centres with an interest in the space business to join the forum.

ISD 2026 will have 201 exhibition booths

Key elements of the event include an industry exhibition with 201 ESA and industry booths, pre-arranged one-on-one meetings scheduled via a dedicated online platform, as well as a conference with panels and presentations, with contributions from ESA top-level management.

The exhibition space has been extended to accommodate more booths and visitors this year and there are plans to include a small additional tent dedicated to European technologies allowing companies that have completed projects with ESA to pitch their solutions.

Companies can showcase their technologies and services by booking one of the booths in the Exhibition area. These booths are allocated on a first come, first served basis for those companies that are approved as exhibitors.

The ISD is organised by the ESA SME section in ESA’s Directorate of Controlling, Finance and Operational Procurement to foster cooperation within the entire space sector. Find out more about the ISD and look at past events on Flickr.
