Astronauts Drew Feustel and Mike Fincke are about 30 minutes ahead of the timeline for today’s spacewalk. They completed the installation of the power and data grapple fixture to the exterior of the Zarya module. Then they installed a video signal converter nearby. They are now installing backup power cables between the station’s Zarya module and the adjacent Unity node to provide redundancy for the Russian segment of the station.
