Starsem and Arianespace have announced today (March 3) a new contract with the European Space Agency for the launch of two experimental Galileo satellites by two Soyuz launch vehicles.
Under this Galileo System Test Bed (GSTB) contract, the first of the two launches will be performed by the end of 2005 from the Baikonur cosmodrome.
