Gen. C. Robert Kehler presents the Air Force Historical Foundation’s School of Advanced Air and Space Studies Award to Maj. Karl Schrader, chief of AFSPC Cyber Strategic Studies during a commander’s directors call. Major Shrader was selected for the award for submitting the best thesis of major historical interest to the Air Force during the year.
