Mr. David Tillotson III, Director, Office Business Transformation and Deputy Chief Management Officer, who leads the transformation initiative for the Air Force, opened the AFSO21 Workshop.
More than 250 Continuous Process Improvement practitioners, Green Belt and Black Belt facilitators representing all Air Force major commands attended the inaugural multi-command AFSO21 workshop held in Denver, Colo., Nov. 2-4. The event’s theme, “Improving Mission Effectiveness” was designed to equip Airmen with the knowledge and skills vital to become more mission effective by applying continuous process tools and techniques to solving problems.
